Deliveries are based on date and time selected by the customer while placing the order. Usually, we deliver within 1-2 days; however, during back to school season, it could take up to 3 days to deliver.
Refunds
All items can be returned within 14 days as per Kuwait Consumer Law provided that the item is in New and Unused Condition, our Customer care is flexible though, and may make an exception on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds can take up to 4 working days to process.
Exchanges
Items sold can be exchanged within 14 days.
Gifts
Gifts are not exchangeable with other items.
Shipping returns
There may be extra shipping charges incurred if the return is due to the customer’s choice and not due to receiving wrong items.
