Hot therapy

• Microwave heating method
• Place the pad on a clean, dry board
• Before placing the pillow in the microwave, be sure to fold it in half to prevent it from rubbing against the microwave walls or ceiling while spinning.
• After the first cycle, fold the pillow in the opposite direction and run a second heating cycle
• Hot water heating method
• Place the pad inside a resealable plastic bag to keep it dry while using the water-heating method
• Wrap the product in an airtight bag with a towel to avoid direct contact with the vessel walls
• Then put the pillow in boiling water for 10-15 minutes

Cold therapy

• Keep the bandage in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use
